BIO⎥ HANNAH WYITHE TSAI 🎶 Harp

Hannah Tsai is an Australian harpist who, at the age of 10, has already achieved considerable success in international competitions. Most recently, she was awarded first prize in the Golden Classical Music Awards and is set to make her harp performance debut in Carnegie Hall's Weill Recital Hall in March 2023. Hannah has also won first prizes for both harp and viola in several competitions, including the Vivaldi International Music Competition, Franz Schubert International Music Competition, Global Genius Music Competition, 2nd International Malopolska Music Competition, and the Lanna International Music Competition.
In 2021, Hannah was accepted into the prestigious Rising Stars Program for harp and viola at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music with a scholarship, which is an elite development program for the most promising students. She was also awarded the Goodlet Legacy Music Scholarship to Presbyterian Ladies' College in Sydney.
Hannah is committed to giving back to the community through her music. She has performed for the Starlight Foundation charity for the Sydney Children's Hospital, Westmead Children's Hospital, and John Hunter Children's Hospital, and has also participated in the Sydney Symphony Orchestra Music for Health Program in 2021 and 2022. She hopes to continue these performances and initiate a similar program for senior citizens.
Aside from music, Hannah has a passion for science and animal welfare. She is also an avid skier. Her ultimate dream is to combine her love for music with her passion for animal medical research and ski patrol.
