Category 1: 11 years old and under

Calling all budding Classical musicians, ages 4-11 (as of November 1, 2021). 

This Classical Music Competition is open to all instrumentalists and singers! 



Show us your best, and join this international competition. Winners perform in Vienna! 

Our Children's Classical Music Competition auditions are submitted by video recording. All performances must be memorized, and your time limit is 10 minutes for your one repertoire selection in each round. 

Repertoire for all rounds: any standard classical repertoire (from any period) in its original form.

Online Classical Music Competition Round 1: 

Deadline: November 1, 2021

18 winners from Category 1 will become Contestants and proceed to Round 2 (notified by December 1, 2021).  

Round 2:

Deadline: January 1, 2022

12 winners from Category 1 will become Semi-Finalists and proceed to Round 3 (notified by January 12, 2022).  

Round 3: 

Deadline: February 1, 2022

3 winners from Category 1 will become Finalists and proceed to perform with the other 9 winners from the other Categories in the Gala Concert in Vienna (notified by February 15, 2022). The Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners in each Category will be announced during the live concert. 

Pre-Registration: Until July 26, 2021

Due to overwhelming demand for this competition we will be accepting Children's Classical Music Competition applicants in phases. Pre-Register early to ensure your participation!


Entry fees accepted: Between July 26 - July 30, 2021

Round 3 audition deadline: February 1, 2022

Join an international community of musicians from all over the world working towards the same goals.

Practice both technique and stage presence by creating audition videos that highlight your best of both. 

Receive written feedback from your audition and a certificate of participation. 



Three musicians in this category will be awarded the following: 

      • Round trip (flight and accommodations) for you and a parent/guardian to Vienna
      • Opportunity to perform in front of a live audience in the City of Music at the Großer Saal - Wiener Konzerthaus (Grand Hall of the Vienna Konzerthaus) in Austria on Sunday, May 1, 2022

      • Opportunity to perform with a symphony orchestra
      • Experience the publicity of televised exposure, when this concert is broadcast
