BIO⎥ CLAIRE LI 🎹 Piano

Claire Li is an accomplished pianist who has garnered numerous accolades both locally and internationally. In 2021, she won the Judge Gold Prize/Outstanding Performance Award at the IMPACT Young Artists Competition and the Grand Prize at the NLPA International Young Artists Competition. She also secured the Second Prize in the 2022 William Knabe International Piano Competition (ages 8-10), and the First Prize in the NJMTA 2021 and 2022 Young Musicians Competition. Additionally, Claire won the First Prize in duet for 10 & under in 2021 and 2022, the Gold Prize in the 2021 Piano League Piano Star International Competition Grand Final, and the Judge's Pick and First Prize of the 2021-2022 VIVO International Music Competition. Notably, Claire has performed at Carnegie Hall and the Kaufman Music Center on multiple occasions. Currently, she is studying piano under the tutelage of Michael Thomopoulos at the Palisades School of Music. When she is not playing the piano, Claire enjoys reading, coding, hiking, and playing with her pet birds.
